What to Expect

Every engagement starts with an initial conversation to understand the situation, objectives and key decisions. From there, we propose a clear scope of work and advisory approach. There is no obligation and no templated pitch — each engagement is shaped around what is actually needed.

We work with ambitious hospitality businesses at any stage — from pre-opening concept development through to established multi-unit operators. The common thread is that decisions carry real consequence, and there is a need for senior-level strategic perspective.

We are based in Dubai and the majority of our work is across the GCC. However, we also support international brands entering the Middle East and Middle East-based operators expanding into the UK, US and other markets. The advisory often spans multiple geographies.

This varies considerably. A focused market entry assessment might take four to six weeks. Ongoing advisory relationships can run for several months or longer. We structure work in phases so there are natural review points and no unnecessary lock-in.

You deal directly with me throughout — there is no handoff to junior staff. My perspective is built on operational leadership within the industry, not just observation. We bring in specialist expertise selectively where it adds value, but the strategic direction and client relationship remain mine to lead.
